Hard Left British Prime Minister abandons rule of law

The British government has told banks to tear up their contracts with debtors. (Dizzy reports.)

If you have contract with a lender for a variable rate mortgage, the Labour Government orders your lender to forget that contract's terms and conditions. The bank now must reduce your interest.

In Brown's Britain, Government whim now overrides the rule of law.

This is a direct assault on our contract law and on the property rights bloodily wrenched from the over-mighty over centuries to protect the citizen from wicked men and rapacious governments. We now see that they are useless against elective dictatorships with no conscience, like this Labour government. L'État, c'est Gordon Brown.

Who will challenge this in the High Court?

Why is the Opposition silent?

Gordon Brown, lying, thieving, delusional, over-promoted, inadequate and disastrously incompetent, and now - incredibly - nursing pretensions to mentor the USA's President-Elect (one is lost for words to describe the magnitude of the man's hubris) needs to be stopped before he goes any further down his road to perdition, taking us with him.

Gordon Brown is dangerous.

• Brown and his associates in The Party have set up a powerful and rapidly growing police state apparatus to watch and document all citizens including children. Schoolchildren are currently encouraged by education authorities to spy on and report their parents for infringements of, e.g., 'environmental' laws. The surveillance apparatus will empower government officials to demand 'Show me your papers' of any citizen without reason. It will be an offence not to carry your papers.
• The Party has enacted 'anti-terrorist' legislation which is currently used to harry citizens wearing fancy dress costume in the street or - if you are a friendly foreign country - confiscate the assets of your bank
• The Party has crippled England's Union with Scotland
• The Party has permanently damaged our Constitution which Brown openly despises and intends constantly to 'reform'
• The Party has set up a system of unelected regional quasi-government against our known wishes
• Brown has stolen billions of pounds from our private pensions
• Brown has allowed massive devaluation of our currency
• Brown has wrecked our economy with his genius for double incontinence tax-and-spend economics
• Brown has taxed our manufacturing industries to dangerous levels and driven out capital
• The Party has negligently failed to plan for our future electrical power needs
• Brown emasculated the Bank of England, removing its authority over our most important industry, financial services, under cover of 'giving it independence' which he most certainly did not. This was a triumph of typical Brownian smoke-and-mirrors chicanery
• Brown has used iniquitously high levels of taxation to pack his vote with millions of his own clients (salaried and on welfare) in order to make permanent his grip on power
• The Party has empowered its apparatchiks to supervise, subvert and prosecute normal social behaviour at all levels with a hurricane of prohibitive legislation controlling even private behaviour and private speech on private premises and given its apparatchiks (in more than 700 public and private organisations) legal authority to enter those premises
• The Party has enslaved a growing, unsocialised underclass most of whom are now permanently consigned to Brown's prisons-without-walls which are supplied with cheap sofas and large television screens either bought by taxpayers or paid for with cheap credit generated in the financial conditions which Brown created, which loans have reduced consequence in law because of Brown's orders to lenders to be lenient to 'the disadvantaged'.
• The Party has opened our borders to uncontrolled and unknown numbers of foreigners who are entitled to make use of public services for which they do not have to pay but to whose unfamiliar social norms the indigenous people are ordered to adapt
• The Party has failed to provide - e.g., by building prisons - for the inevitable criminal behaviour of Brown's personally-cultivated underclass and has ordered the premature release of convicts
• The Party has abolished habeas corpus, imprisoning or otherwise confining people charged with no offence and Brown demands increased powers to do so
• Brown has perversely refused to fund the armed forces other than on a peacetime basis while ordering them to fight five overseas wars.
• Against our known national will, and in the teeth of public outrage, Brown has signed legal instruments of treaty which empower unelected foreigners, whom we can neither control nor remove, to make the laws under which we have to live.

What else does this vain and immoral politician need to do before our narcotised electorate rises in revolution against him and his Party of immoral jacks-in-office? Personally set fire to everyone's homes? Start shooting innocent people? Oh, wait...

And now, finally, to keep himself and The Party in office, he has arbitrarily overturned the law of contract which protects citizens and enterprises engaged in business together and therefore, it necessarily follows, Gordon Brown is a threat to our private property rights.

Brown has equipped his government (and future governments) with all the apparatus of a dictatorship. Can someone explain to me how this man does not fit the definition of dictator?

Today, the banks. Tomorrow? First they came for the Jews...

Why is Gordon Brown still in government? He should be impeached.
