"If Gordon Brown has done a deal that would mean a French commissioner being in charge of the economic issues that affect Britain the most then that could be a serious concern. Our French partners have a different view on market issues that touch on Britain's vital economic interests. I look forward to the Government taking this opportunity to be completely open about what has been agreed."In a letter to the Foreign Secretary, David Miliband, Mr Hague adds:"The financial services sector is an area of extreme sensitivity for the British national interest. It is of crucial importance to the future of a pro-growth EU that there is no retreat from the principle of a free market within the EU." Source
Thus the traitor Brown, furthering his scorched earth strategy, hands over the British economy to a Conservative government.
Delusional, incompetent, ruthless, bitter - and wicked.
No, he's worse than that.
ReplyDeleteIt must have been a terrible moment for browns ego when he realised that everything he believed about the world was utterly wrong.

Don't blame Brown, for once.
ReplyDeleteHe and all his predecessors, of both main parties, are equally complicit in the handing over of our country to a foreign power.
If we now find the French - of all people - in a position where they can, and certainly will, wreck the City of London, it is only because we have reached the end of that handover process.
Britain is no longer an independent nation, and naturally the Supreme Government in Brussels will rule in whatever way it sees fit.
Where's their much-vaunted "influence" now? You know, that "influence" we were going to obtain in return for handing over the Crown Jewels of our sovereignty and nationhood?
nice posting thanks for sharing this with us..
