He's too bloody good for us. This country will never have the good sense to elect him.

The country would definitely have the good sense.

However, the country does not elect the Prime Minister.

Great speech from Boris, just ask the people of Northern Ireland what they think of the PR which was forced upon them - most answers probably wouldn't be printable.
