Are the electors of of Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath being properly represented by their highly-paid and highly-pensioned Member?

I'm not sure where I read it (might be Guido) but there seems to be some indication he's taken a bit of a holiday ... in a hospital, possibly, maybe perhaps!
